Matt Cashin

Mr. Cashin has been in public accounting for more than 25 years. He represents clients in a variety of businesses including entrepreneurial internet startup companies and has extensive experience with alternative fuel businesses. In the past, he has served in various officer positions for firm clients including the Church Commissioners for England in the United States. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. He earned a B.B.A. degree in accounting from Pace University.

Shuk King

Ms. King has been in public accounting, taxation and advisory practice since 1988. Her experience includes auditing and taxation matters for clients in a variety of industries such as; internet commerce, real estate, international shipping, international airlines, insurance companies, art dealers, manufacturers, and not for profit organizations. Her taxation practice includes federal, state and local taxes for various forms of businesses, individuals and estates and trusts. She also has extensive experience in foreign individual and entities’ taxation in the U.S. Her advisory practice ranges from assistance with accounting and/or management systems, estate and trust planning, due diligence in various investment acquisitions, and litigation support. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Ms. King earned a B.B.A. degree in accounting and a M.S. degree in Taxation from Baruch College.
